Boys’ varsity basketball wins first home game

The varsity boys’ basketball team beat Valley 65-42 on Dec. 5 at Johnston. This win increased the team’s streak to 4-0 and earned them the #1 ranking in the state. During the second quarter, the team went on an 11-0 run with Camden Vander Zwaag, 18′, Boston Grimes, 18′ and Peyton Williams 19′ all contributed. The team had 25 rebounds, 18 assists and nine steals to seal the win.
