Football ends their season with a close game

After the Tigers had scored bringing them up 20-17 senior Boris Petrusic looks up at his teammate and good friend senior Dino Dupanovic. Petrusic spoke with Dupanovic one on one during the last minute of the game. The varsity football played the third playoff game against the Valley Tigers Nov. 6.

Making it to the third round of playoffs the varsity football team went in with lots of energy and supportive crowd as they went head to head with the Valley Tigers. With it being the closest game of the season the Tigers managed to take the win home by scoring a field goal in the last minute of the fourth quarter.

The game finished with the Tigers winning 20-17 ending the season for the Dragons, but this was a successful season for the players, coming close to the dome. The final game for the team was played at home on Nov. 6 and started at 7 p.m.
