Gibberish

I must say, I have never seen a more aesthetically pleasing music video than the video for “Gibberish” by MAX. In addition, I have never heard a song sound this good in reverse. Literally a majority of the chorus is in reverse, making it sound like gibberish. Pretty clever, MAX. Pretty clever.

The pop song has a catchy beat, as do most other pop songs. That’s how they all get stuck in our heads and drive us insane. It wouldn’t surprise me if “Gibberish” infected the minds of thousands, because it is that annoyingly great. But all is not lost. If it doesn’t make its radio debut, “Gibberish” could always be enjoyed by students at prom. At least there would be a song people could dance to instead of “Since U Been Gone” by Kelly Clarkson.

MAX is a relatively new artist, and in my opinion, one to keep an eye on. His songs are well written, the beat is cool and “Gibberish” definitely has potential to be a radio hit and be loved by the world.
