Gingerbread Fun
Culinary Arts Two creates gingerbread cookies.

In Claire Anderson’s Culinary Arts II class, the students spent the beginning of the week creating dough for gingerbread houses and gingerbread men. Most of the groups did very well, while one of the groups house crashed and burned within the first 30 minutes of struggling.
