“I am currently an intern in Polk County Sheriff Office. I actually have responded to a few driveby shootings and some armed robberies, so I’ve definitely seen some interesting things while I’m with them. It is a little nerve wracking, it definitely gets your heart pumping when you know you’re going to somewhere someone most likely will be armed. I stay in the car for super serious things like that, so I’m just there to observe.”
