More time

I need more hours in a day. 24 just isn’t working for me. I have a lot of things to do and a lot less time do to all of them.

School is my top priority. My grades come first, so no matter what I always find the time for my assignments. They will always get done. However, they are occupying the majority of my time. Next comes work. I typically work 20-25 hours a week, now that I received a promotion. That keeps me busy, but the money is necessary for college. Then comes all of the extracurriculars I am in. I have Jazz band, Show band and newspaper to worry about but they’re also more things starting soon. I should also mention basic human needs like eating, and sleeping which take some too. Overall, to say the least, I am kid of a boy person who choose to do all of these things.

The comeback to my request could be that I just need to time-manage better or maybe I need to quit one of my activities, however I just cannot fathom quitting anything. I recently purchased a planner to keep my life in order and help with time management. I overall think I do a relatively decent job of time-managing things.

I want to make it clear that I get everything done. However, it would be a lot easier to get this stuff done and have a reasonable sleep schedule if I had more time.

Who got to decide that there were 24 hours in the day? Who got that right? Because, honestly, I have a bone to pick with them.

When they decided the hours in a day they didn’t have all of the distractions we do now. They didn’t have phones, computers or any technology for that matter. As the world advanced I think the amount of time we need did as well.

I know this is an unreasonable request and is literally like impossible to change but it would be helpful. I just want to get some sleep, but still do everything I need to.
