Johnston Synergy and Innovation ended their 2018-2019 competition this past weekend at the Heart of America Competition in Kansas City. Synergy ended with first place in the mixed division and best show set up, allowing them to have an exhibition show after finals. Johnston Innovation won best vocals and best band, and first place in the Open division. Innovation won overall Grand Champion.
