Teams, clubs paint stadium for homecoming

Sophomore Mattie Kern finishes the GSA rainbow, which took about four hours. GSA president Bryce Schulte said, “I think we should win a prize for this because this is hard.”

Teams and clubs gathered at the stadium at 11 a.m. on Sept. 21 to paint their logos on the ground. Many groups made an appearance including archery club, swim team, student council, and Innovation. There was a contest for the best painting and the Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) club won Gatorade and cookies.
