Varsity football team takes down the Urbandale Jayhawks

The first home game of the season was a big hit for the varsity football team as they took down their biggest rival, the Urbandale Jayhawks. Fans experienced a supportive crowd, a special appearance of the Sparkle Squad and great performances of the marching band and dance team. The night ended with a score of 24-17. The Dragons will be taking on Waukee Friday, Sept. 18 at 7:30 p.m. at home.
