Girls’, boys’ soccer win against Dowling

The girls’ and boys’ varsity soccer teams both won against Dowling May 13.

The girls started out the first half of the game scoring two goals back to back, leaving the score 2-0 at half. Dowling was able to come back and score a single goal during the second half. The game ended with a score of 2-1, making this the first time the girls soccer team has won a game against Dowling in 10 years.

The boys began their game scoring one goal during the first half, with Dowling also scoring one goal during the first half, leaving the first half with a score of 1-1. During the second half of the game the Dragons were able to score another goal near the end, with a final score of 2-1.
