Green guest joins cafeteria

Walking through the salad bar this week, students may have noticed a new item available. Green onions made an appearance on Thurday, May 9.

“We do catering through this kitchen,” kitchen manager Boe Stoebener said. “We were catering for a baked potato bar (earlier this week).”

The onions will only be here until they are all eaten.

“When I order the onions we have to order a box, not just one or two onions, so we had extras,” Stoebener said. “You guys just get to see the benefits of that.”
