Caramel Corn

Caramel+Corn

So this is one of the easiest recipes to make in the history of mankind, so I’m hoping everyone can accomplish this. I choose this recipe because the holiday season is right around the corner and I wanted you all to have a snack to share with bae (or if you’re like me you will eat it by yourself when you are watching Netflix). But be aware it is very sticky and messy.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 stick of butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup popcorn

First get out a pot and add your brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt. Mix all of that on a burning stove on light heat until it is brought to a slow simmer then remove from the heat.

Pop your half a cup of popcorn in a popcorn popper (Say that ten times fast).
If you don’t have a popcorn popper you will have to figure out how to pop your own popcorn because that’s not my job and you can Google it.

Now once your popcorn is popped pour the caramel over it until each popped corn is coated evenly (Don’t feel bad if you can’t get all of them coated evenly. I can’t and I do almost everything perfect).

Now enjoy your quick and easy caramel popcorn! It’s best when it is served while the caramel is still warm and gooey, but that’s just my opinion (but my opinions should be taken as facts, because they are always right).
