Sarah Nelson

sarahs-photouse

Sarah Nelson ’18 was at the Yakama Reservation in Washington during summer when she took the photo. Nelson was there with a church group to help clean parks of broken glass left there from gang fights. “I remember it being 90 plus degrees almost everyday so going to the pool was a treat,” Nelson said. “I used my iPhone and a waterproof case to take this picture.”

Nelson has been interested in photography since she can remember and now owns five cameras. Most are film cameras that actually work and a few that are just for show.
