Waffle Cookie

Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
1 ½ – 2 tsp pure maple syrup
Gather all the ingredients and mix until smooth.
You will then need to heat up a waffle iron (to tell the difference between a waffle iron and a iron to straighten clothes a waffle iron has a waffle shape)
Once it is heated up use about a tablespoon of batter for each cookie. Put one scoop of batter in each quadrant of the waffle iron. Then close the top and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes.
When you lift the lid the cookies should be a brown, darker than golden brown but not burnt brown.
Then enjoy!
If you want to get fancy you could add a glaze (but I am way too lazy, another one of my very, VERY few flaws).
